Job Description

Your New Role…
Supports the Editorial Scheduling and Editorial Slate Planning groups by logging in work, monitoring delivery schedules, reviewing auto-generated voucher/contracts for talent, and working with the payment team to review data in preparation for royalty payments and bonuses.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Logs in completed work for covers, scripts, pencils, inks, colors, etc. from independent contractors as reported in by the Editorial team.
• Handles payment invoices from independent contractors for lettering and other non-contractual services.
• Works with the Editorial team to ensure that all work delivered matches contractual requirements.
• Reviews voucher/contracts submitted by the Editorial team for freelance talent being engaged and works with Editorial to revise/correct when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience…
• At least two years of relevant administrative work experience.
• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.)
• Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and have excellent organizational skills.
• Must have the ability to work well under time constraints, meet deadlines, and manage multiple project elements simultaneously.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of comic book industry a plus.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $40,040.00 - $74,360.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
