Your New Role...
The Content Operations Specialist will be responsible for capturing, socializing and driving Content Operations projects across teams. The role will be responsible for the oversight of a high-volume of projects, organizing and keeping stakeholder reporting up-to-date. The ideal candidate is consumer obsessed, eager to learn and share new ideas, exceptionally organized, technically competent, and passionate about digital distribution.
The Specialist will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic, passionate and incredibly talented team to grow Warner Bros. Discovery's distribution businesses.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Organize and create project tracking tickets
• Build Confluence pages to socialize Content Operations work across stakeholders
• Attend meetings, capturing and ticketing work for project tracking
• Drive projects forward through cross-team communication and updates
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Build reporting to create observability across teams of project status
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance project management practices
• Support new product/market/language/partner launches
• Enthusiastically contribute to the achievement of Company goals at every opportunity
Qualifications & Experiences...
• BA/BS required or equivalent combination of skills
• Outstanding skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets required
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian
• Independently motivated, resilient, energized by fast paced Direct to Consumer environment
• Extremely organized, with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong ability to multitask and demonstrate agility
• Outstanding verbal & written communication skills
• Collaborative work style with a proven ability to develop strong relationships
• Strong digital media industry landscape knowledge and technical savvy desired
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States
