Your New Role…
The Client Success Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating sales efforts across the department. You will help with the development and execution of integrated cross-platform campaigns by working cross-functionally with diverse teams and business units in multiple locations and countries. We're looking for a dynamic person who's passionate about media, sales/business development, and marketing with strong execution skills to help support the growth of our global business.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Provide general Sales Support to the CNN Worldwide sales team.
• Work cross-functionally with different internal business units to help develop successful marketing and media partnerships
• Attend internal creative brainstorm sessions to support the creation of global media campaigns
• Help with the development of PowerPoint presentations for internal and external purposes.
• Assist in all aspects of the order process (account setup and new orders, revisions, billing)
• Foster relationships with internal, external, and advertising agency contacts and serve as a liaison in monitoring accounts
• Develop a working relationship with Sales Operations team on the Digital and TV side of the business to ensure timely, precise order process and campaign success.
• Responsible for booking all new and revised Television orders through our TV operations systems (Admiral system)
• Monitor TV pre-emptions, makegoods, and overall delivery
• Maintain the central filing system / shared drive, including all correspondence, contracts and revisions associated with the orders
• Resolve problems with copy, billing/invoices, order discrepancies and inventory issues and help oversee billing records on each account
• Manage client outreach for special events
Provide junior sales planning and account managing support to the Client Success Manager.
• Assist Client Success Manager with the RFP process to pitch cross-platform solutions based on client goals and objectives
• Support Client Success Manager with Media Plan creation and collaborate with Digital and TV Ad Ops teams
• Support I/O processing, campaign setup, creative submission and billing
Qualifications & Experience…
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 2+ years of Post-graduate media agency/other publishers experience or related internship required
• Client Service and/or Account Management experience a plus
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, time and people management skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with a sales mindset & entrepreneurial attitude
• Detail oriented and responsive, deadline-driven with strong quantitative reasoning skills.
• Proficient in working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Understanding of media sales process
• Possess a passion for media & advertising, intellectually curious, and interested in a media sales career
• Enjoy working in a group and independently to complete daily and weekly tasks.
• Desire to learn, work in a fast-paced environment and be proactive
