Channels Operation Assistant (18mth Fixed Term Contract)
Channels Operation Assistant manages broadcast materials and handle uploads and management of digital channels
Period: April 2026 – September 2027 (Max 18 months)
3. Roles & Responsibilities
(1) CN Broadcast material management and S&P (Standards and Practices)
• Verify broadcast materials received from outsourcing companies (localizations), content supply partners (local acquisitions) and execute modification requests for Cartoon Network channel broadcasts.
• Review programs to check censorship issues working with Senior Programming Executive.
• Communicate with the broadcast playout station to confirm there are no issues with the broadcast content and input it into the system.
(2) Digital channels management (Cartoon Network, Discovery)
• YouTube content management, uploads, and channel management including CS.
• Support YouTube content plan and not only the materials works but also channel insight based on audience and market data.
• Supports cross-platform marketing campaigns alongside TV and social media based on content preferences of relevant audience groups.
(3) Management and monitoring a local portal and online platforms
• Upload information about newly launched titles to local portal site 'NAVER'.
• Monitor information about Cartoon Network content and brand exposed online.
Qualification, Experience & Skills Required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Possess or have experience with communication skills enabling effective coordination with internal and external cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Korean and English (written and verbal communication) sufficient for job performance.
• 1 to 3 years of media industry experience preferred.
