Your New Role...

You will be partnering with the Leavesden Studio Security Manager to support the day-to-day security operations and incident management for the Leavesden Studio. You will also be supporting the business to ensure preparedness for and protection from terrorist attack in anticipation of the forthcoming new and significant statutory business obligations.

You will be partnering with security personnel to ensure the safety and security of Studio employees, guests, clients and production security teams. You will be collaborating with team members regarding on-site physical security matters, access control issues, control room management, and risk assessments.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Provides security support to the Leavesden Studio facility and common areas
• Involvement in vulnerability assessments and mitigation measures to reduce risk
• Involvement in preparing and maintaining Counter Terrorism plans and all other PROTECT related requirements
• Monitors national/international security threats and collaborates with leadership and stakeholders to respond accordingly
• Serve as a member of the Emergency Operations Team and WBSL Crisis Management Group
• Partner with manager on all types of investigations (crime, health and safety, HR, etc.) and review related reports in conjunction with internal and external business partners
• As needed, provide security support for events and executive/talent visits
• Assist management with the oversight of security for WB De Lane Lea post production facility based in London

Qualifications & Experiences...
• Corporate security or related experience in law enforcement, government agency, or military
• Counter Terrorism or strong awareness and understanding of Counter Terrorism
• Investigative experience an advantage
• Full UK driving license
• SIA License
• Available to work on-site evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holiday, if required
Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
