Your New Role…

No day will be the same – this is a dynamic fast moving role supporting the day-to-day security operations and incident management for Warner Bros Studio's Leavesden.

You will be an experienced security professional with management experience, bringing the skills to work across the security portfolio keeping both people and the business safe, with an eye on the forthcoming statutory business requirements in relation to preparedness.

Your Role Accountabilities….
• Provide security support to the Leavesden Studio facility and common areas to ensure the safety and security of Studio employees, guests, clients and production security team as well as fostering a strong, but customer focussed security culture, with the daily logging of incident reports.
• Participate in vulnerability assessments and mitigation measures to reduce risk, as well as preparing and maintaining Counter Terrorism plans including all other Martyn's Law related requirements.
• Collaborate with management to review, analyse, and report amendments to security rules, best practices, and regulations that pertain to the business ensuring security policies/operating procedures are reviewed and updated with appropriate training delivered to security and clients as needed.
• Serve as a member of the Emergency Operations Team and WBSL Crisis Management Group, partnering with stakeholders on all types of investigations (crime, health and safety, HR, etc.) and review related reports in conjunction with external (including local law enforcement/CTSAs & emergency services) as well as internal business partners.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, WBD Global Security Standards as well as localized audit frameworks for security management within WBS, and advise Senior Management in case of any exceptions
• Support the wider Security Management Team, providing cover for the Leavesden Tour Security team, acting as the primary back-up for the Security Studio Manager and assisting management with the oversight of security for the WB De Lane Lea post-production facility based in London.

Qualifications & Experience….
• Corporate security or related experience in law enforcement, government agency, or military with a strong awareness and understanding of Counter Terrorism.
• Strong IT skills with experience using the MS Office Suite
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision but, also, as part of a team with a level-headed approach and impeccable judgement
• SIA Licence
• Drivers Licence

Working Pattern
• 40 hour working week with availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holiday, if required
