Warner Bros. Studio Tour is seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Manager, Online Marketing to join our Digital Marketing team. An Assistant Manager is a specialized role that focuses on managing customer relationships throughout the entire lifespan of a service. This includes planning and executing marketing strategies in website and Outbound/Email that engage customers from their initial awareness stage, through purchase and beyond, with the goal of fostering loyalty and long-term customer retention. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong understanding of online marketing and UX, proven experience in setting up marketing tests and analyzing results, and a track record of driving substantial results in areas such as engagement and product sales.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Lead website development plan to drive engagement and PDCA cycles based on KPIs and analytical insights.
• Design and implement marketing strategies to support growth goals.
• Plan and execute data-driven tests, including wireframe design and implementation
• Analyze website user behavior and propose conversion rate improvement strategies
• Develop on-brand, best-in-class marketing content and targeting, partner with relevant teams to deploy through scaled channels (email, website), audit and optimize existing content and targeting.
• Lead CRM strategy including creative development.

Qualifications & Experiences...
• 4 years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Strong background in UX/UI improvements, PDCA execution, and KPI designs.
• Experience using email platforms and editing HTML.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), attribution modeling, and performance tracking.
• Strong background in Data-driven Marketing with demonstrated record of extracting meaningful data and using insights to support decisions to improve customer experience and drive business outcomes.
• Skilled in Power Point, Excel, Word.
• Excellent communication in Japanese and Business level or above English.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
• Ambitious self-starter with demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
• Experience developing cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners including designers, engineers, and external vendors to drive marketing strategy and feedback loops for stakeholders.
• Strong drive for results with the ability to manage independently.
• Landing page optimization, SEO, copy and article writing experience a plus.

Education
• Bachelor's degree preferred
