Job Description
Your New Role…

We are currently looking for an Analyst, Global Audience Intelligence to play a critical role in constructing reports and analysis, visualising big data sets and helping create narrative-driven presentations. In this role you will be focused on utilising varied data systems and research methodologies to help drive decision-making with actionable insights for leadership and the businesses.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Evaluate content performance using 1st and 3rd party data
• Support various research teams primary research needs, including testing strength of content through both qualitative and quantitative techniques
• Understand the position of our content and brands though social tools and digital metrics
• Work closely with CRD&I's Data Science team to help construct custom dashboards and automated reports to visualize big data to provide business critical analytics, reduce and create standardised reporting that drives strategic insights for various Business Unit's needs
• Build analysis and performance assessments for various global IP via equity tracking sales and POS retail data
• Synthesise data into key insights, ultimately presenting to key stakeholders
• Competitive intelligence analysis using various data sets for business units and overall organisation
• Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams exchanging relevant information and insights helping drive actionable strategy for our company

Qualifications & Experience…
• Relevant business experience at a media company, ad agency, market research firm or equivalent with emphasis on measurement and/or relevant education in advanced analytics
• Familiarity with some media research tools and audience measurements/metrics (Nielsen, Simmons, comScore, etc.)
• Some knowledge of data and digital analytics (i.e. Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Google Workplace (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Gmail)
• Strong Interest in the entertainment and media industries, including but not limited to Streaming, TV, Gaming, Movies, Global Brands (Harry Potter, DC) and/or Advertising
• Additional knowledge of programming software (SQL, etc.) and POS/sales data (NPD) is a plus
• A skill set combination of quantitative, qualitative, consumer research, media and creative content development would be an advantage
