Job Description
The primary responsibility of AdSales Executive position is to achieve individual targets and goals by building external relationships with agencies and clients. The role involves collaborating with internal and external partners to develop creative and distinctive solutions while maximizing advertising share and increase revenue.Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and support to external sales representative, clients and team members through proactive and reactive guidance
• Work with external sales representative to achieve their targets and provide clear feedback
• Collaborates effectively with the ad sales director, media agencies, and clients, relaying discussions to improve overall comprehension and gain deeper client insight.
• Identify opportunities for deeper commercial partnerships with agencies and advertisers
• Ensures the sales support materials, including channel presentations, brand partnership proposals, sponsorship offers, and road show presentations, are current and organized
• Works closely with finance and legal on reporting, forecasting, and drafting agreements
• Maintains close collaboration with marketing, PR on consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels, ensuring a cohesive and effective brand presence in the market.
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to maintain WBD's position as the leading in Bulgaria.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in media sales, with a preference for those who have worked independently or in TV sales
• A university degree
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong interest in the TV market
• High level of motivation and a drive for success
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

• Skilful in asking the right questions of clients and research to gather necessary information
• Strong understanding of monetisation
• Proficiency in using relevant financial tracking systems for the role.
Knowledge
• Strong understanding of WBD brands, with a keen sense of the bigger picturecand the story behind it
• In-depth knowledge of programming and the range of inventory that can be sold
• Comprehensive understanding of TV, Digital, VoD, and mobile products, and the ability to combine them into a compelling proposition
• Thorough understanding of the media market, both current and future trends
• Ability to discern client insights and understand what would work for them and
why.
