Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ad Sales Junior Media Planner for the Commercial Planning Department, to support the Ad Sales Manager and Sales Representatives in the strategic development, execution, and follow-up of advertising campaigns. This role ensures client proposals are planned effectively, campaigns are executed smoothly, and all stakeholders are aligned from pre-sale through post-campaign reporting.
Your Role Accountabilities
Sales & Client Planning Support
• Partner with Sales Managers and Reps to build tailored, strategic media proposals that align with client objectives and available inventory.
• Create media plans using internal tools and data sources across platforms (TV, streaming, digital, branded content).
• Gather and consolidate relevant materials for proposals, such as audience research, programming schedules, and platform specs.
Campaign Execution & Tracking
• Ensure sold campaigns are accurately input, booked, and scheduled in collaboration with the Operations and Traffic teams.
• Monitor campaign delivery and pacing; flag any risks or discrepancies in real time.
• Track campaign completion to ensure all client deliverables and KPIs are met.
Post-Campaign Reporting
• Collect and analyze post-campaign performance data from internal teams.
• Build client-facing post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Work closely with Research and Operations teams to ensure campaign metrics and benchmarks are accurate .
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Act as a key liaison between Sales, Planning, Commercial Operations, Traffic, Research, and Creative Services.
• Coordinate with the Creative team to ensure specs are shared and materials are delivered on time.
• Work with Operations to secure inventory and ensure feasibility of proposed campaigns.
Administrative & Forecasting
• Maintain campaign documentation and status trackers across all active and proposed campaigns.
• Support internal alignment by ensuring visibility of package availability, campaign statuses, and media opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration , Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred .
• 2–4 years of experience in media planning, ad sales planning, or campaign management (TV/digital/streaming preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills .
• Proficient in Excel; comfortable with data analysis and media planning tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Spanish ; English or Portuguese is a plus.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced sales environment.
