Job Summary/Description:
Gray Digital Media Atlanta has an opportunity for a digital advertising campaign expert to join our team as a Digital Sales Analyst. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of digital media consumption habits during all stages of an advertising campaign. In this strategic position, you will recommend effective digital marketing solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
In addition, the DSA will provide ongoing optimization strategy, back-end analytic support, reporting, and insights, and be an expert in client retention. The Digital Sales Analyst will report directly to the Digital Sales Manager.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the sales team during all aspects of a digital advertising/marketing campaign including developing effective proposals, campaign optimization, and post-campaign reporting.
- Collaborate with local management to implement digital priorities and expectations.
- Strong ability to interpret data and capable of adjusting digital strategy based on analytics.
- Act as an effective consultant on digital tactics, benefits, and trends.
- Maintain high levels of communication internally with the internal digital team, with corporate Gray Digital Media teams, and externally with clients.
- Manage advertising specs and guidelines with advertisers as the company and product offerings evolve.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of digital sales marketing/advertising experience required.
- Experience developing and managing effective digital marketing strategies.
- Superior multi-tasking skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and handle multiple requests daily.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.
- Possess superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PPT.
- Understanding of G4 analytics
- Understanding of SEM, CTV, Streaming video, programmatic display, and Meta a plus.
