Job Description

Ad Ops (Traffic Commercial scheduling & Compliance-Legal control) FTC​:

Please note this is a temporary project to cover our Hard Sales Period within our Ad Sales Operations Team in Spain - until mid-January.
• Reception and request of commercial materials to be aired for the campaigns planned by the planners to the ad sales agencies.
• Create, update and approve material data in the airtime ad sales and scheduling systems.
• Tracking of the Quality Control processes done by our technical services provider.
• Initiate and track simple material editions to be done by our technical provider.
• Initiate and track the Disney Compliance Material Approval process.
• Initiate and track the external Legal Material Approval process (with Autocontrol) if necessary or do the internal Legal Material Approval process instead.
• Control of legal breaks limits and legal limits occupancy requirements.
• Responsible for the commercial schedule optimization, doing the necessary arrangements on the ad sales schedule to meet the negotiated conditions.
• Daily relationship with the Agencies and advertisers for asking the materials and reporting all the compliance/legal/technical quality control issues found with them.
• Work in Excel, Media Pro, Vision, Material Delivery Platforms and Material management systems.
• Maintain departmental files of important documents and distributes vital information across the department.
• Coordinates with other team members all relevant information.

Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, specially Excel).
Ad Sales Airtime, Programming and Material managements systems.
Fluent in English.
SAP experience a plus.
PowerPoint experience a plus.
