Job Summary/Description:

WAFF is looking for an engaging leader to help guide the WAFF news team. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for journalism and must be a collaborative hands-on leader.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Work directly with reporters and producers
- Guide daily editorial direction
- Administrative duties such as scheduling and training new employees
- General knowledge of newsroom systems and equipment
- Make decisions quickly and respond to breaking news

Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3-years plus newsroom management experience preferred
- College degree preferred
