Job Description
WACH is seeking a Marketing Sales Manager to lead a high performing sales team. The correct candidate will combine a strong and relevant marketing acumen with a servant leader mentality. This person will lead a seasoned team to drive results for new and existing clients through creative multi-platform marketing solutions.

In this position, the perfect candidate will excel in the following areas:
• Staff Development
• Ensure each Marketing Consultant achieves revenue targets across existing, new, and digital business lines--and coach marketing consultants through a plan to achieve individual goals
• Maintain a well-developed sales team by identifying future training and staffing requirements within sales department
• Ensure effective onboarding of new hires and provide continuing education to existing staff to maximize performance and relevance to our clientele
• Properly equip and remove obstacles for our team's success through coaching and communication both internally and in the field
• Revenue Development
• Establish sales strategies, plans and alignment in support of revenue goals by creating annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans that link to revenue goals, including budgets, in consultation with the GM/DOS.
• Collect and analyze monthly and quarterly revenue forecast information from sellers on a weekly basis and accurately forecast revenue performance throughout the year to ensure performance is on target
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to build new ideas and implement plans to drive revenue
• Analyze staff performance metrics and use data to shape strategies for revenue development
• Oversee management of sales contracts and inventory by working with GM/DOS/Marketing Consultants on pricing, fulfillment, and delivery
• Marketing Strategy Development
• Excel in Digital Marketing Strategy Development and campaign execution
• Ability to translate client needs into a marketing strategy utilizing linear and digital tactics
• Consistently support Marketing Consultants internally and in the field in new business development leveraging client-centric solution selling
• Ensure client results, satisfaction and retention and attend sales meetings with key clients to accelerate the sales cycle, grow the account, and demonstrate commitment to client success
• Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and make relevant recommendations regarding optimizations. Heavy emphasis on digital campaign performance.

Experience needed:
• 5 years sales experience (including television and digital sales) and team management experience preferred
• Proven success in developmental business with a heavy emphasis on Digital Marketing
• Proven success in client growth and retention with a heavy emphasis on Digital Marketing
• Effective relationship building, customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to anticipate, meet and/or exceed customer needs, wants and expectations in an evolving marketplace
• Passion for contributing to a sales team with a positive mindset
• College degree preferred
