Reporting to the Post Supervisor, seeking an experienced Assistant Editor who can join our growing Content Distribution team at Vox Media.

This position will touch all aspects of post-production, including but not limited to: project prep, archival workflow, motion graphics, final QC for broadcast quality, and final delivery to air.

Who You Are:
• Comfortable working with a high volume of content to prep for linear broadcast, specifically archival
• Strong organizational & Media management experience (cataloging adding metadata, logging, folder structure organization, etc.)
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro

What You'll Do:
• Work with a team of clearance producers to ensure all legal requirements have been met, making necessary footage and graphics adjustments as needed.
• Identify and troubleshoot media discrepancies related to fonts, frame rates, resolution and codecs.
• Organize projects for final delivery and air.
