We are seeking a skilled and experienced Affiliate E-commerce Analyst to join our e-commerce team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing affiliate marketing data, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization, and recommending strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

• Analyze affiliate marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Analyze and think of ideas to help grow our audience with an emphasis on search and email marketing.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to affiliate marketing.
• Conduct competitive research to identify best practices and new opportunities in the affiliate marketing space.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to ensure alignment on affiliate marketing strategy and goals.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, developments, and regulatory changes related to affiliate marketing.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or e-commerce analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and networks, such as ShareASale, Rakuten, or Commission Junction.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay for this position at the time of this posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience.

$70,000 — $85,000 USD
