Job Description
Summary:
The Billing Account Coordinators are responsible for driving the closure and invoicing for all completed media orders to ensure timely and accurate billing. Coordinators are trained and mentored by Account Managers, Account Directors and the Billing Manager in all aspects of customer service and account management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Account teams by way of:
- Support the preparation of orders for final invoicing
- Ensure media orders are invoiced accurately, in a timely manner and in line with clients’ SLAs
- Work with Client Services, Sales and Clients to resolve any issues that will prevent final invoicing
- Track invoicing throughout the billing period to ensure weekly and monthly goals are met
- Conducts all assigned tasks whilst maintaining a high level of service to clients
- Perform other related duties as assigned or related to position
- Respond to emails within 1 hour where possible. If you cannot resolve the email, respond with an ETA for completion
- Maintain PO logs if needed
- Addtional duties as required
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- 1+ years of billing or related admin experience required
- Results oriented with strong attention to detail
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to work unsupervised and at a fast pace
Qualifications:
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to think logically and orderly
- Positive, collaborative and unselfish interpersonal skills with strong verbal, written communication skills
- Willing and able to learn, understand, and grow with the business
- Team-oriented in a highly collaborative environment
- Flexible during times of change
- Willing to keep an open mind and to objectively accept constructive criticism
- Proficiency in Excel with basic math skills
Skills/Abilities:
- Skill in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Skill in communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
- The ability to work independently at tasks that require concentration
- Language and communication skills to receive instructions, follow directions, and work both productively
