The ideal candidate will have entrepreneurial traits and in-depth knowledge of event and venue logistics to uncover prospects and their needs in order to present to them the solution that is ViewStub. They will also have a strong passion in seeing events thrive through growing attendees and building a great fan experience. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full sales cycle within the company, from inception to completion. Your requirements will also include ensuring client satisfaction, building of relationships, and hitting minimum KPI’s

As a Business Development Representative at ViewStub, you should be comfortable building trusted relationships with potential and current clients, as well as performing demos of the software. You should also be a team player with a positive attitude and a natural instinct for sales, conversation, and relationship building.

Requirements and Responsibilities

● 4+ years selling to event promoters, entertainment venues, and event professionals alike

● Understands and can navigate B2B software sales cycles

● Create detailed plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas

● Manage the whole sales cycle from prospecting, to securing a deal and maximizing future revenue

● Unearth new sales opportunities and turn them into long term partnerships

● Learn about the needs, wants, and fears of prospective customers and tailor your sales presentation to emphasize how our products and services can create desired results

● Assist potential clients get comfortable hosting Live, hybrid, and virtual events through ViewStub by building trusted relationships

● Provide professional after-sales support, and keep in contact with the client, to enhance the customer’s loyalty

● Respond to complaints and resolve issues as needed and provide feedback to the team to enrich product development, marketing, and sales activities.

● Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data in Hubspot

● Establishes and maintains good working relationships with company members, customers, and the public

● Responds to executive team, junior team, and partener requests within 1 business day.
