The Manager, HR Systems and People Analytics oversees and manages the support, configuration, and ongoing administration of our HR systems, to ensure current and future functionality exists to support HR and business processes. Serves as a strategic business partner for HRBP and COE functions, enabling the People and Culture (HR) team to achieve their objectives through efficient and effective HR systems and processes. Responsible for HR data management, system upgrades and maintaining data integrity. The Manager, HR Systems and People Analytics manages the global HR systems team members and provides direction and development. This position reports to the VP, HR Systems, People Analytics & Operations.

Responsibilities:

HR Systems
• Provide leadership, strategic direction for a team in charge of rolling out new solutions and maintaining them, with a strong focus on efficiency, data accuracy, and compliance.
• Implement the strategy and ongoing administration of Workday to support short and long-term organization goals, and enable efficiency.
• Manage a global HR Systems team completing day-to-day configuration, reporting, and system administration in Workday.
• Designs, configures, tests, validates, documents, and implements new functionality or improvements to existing functionality in Workday
• Act as a functional SME for Workday HCM, taking the lead role in introducing its new features/products to the business; in-charge of educating the HR team and operating environment specialists on new system functionalities as well as completing regression testing
• Workday Security Administrator, assign roles in accordance with security matrix guidelines
• Certified Workday Named Support Contact to escalate issues to Workday

People Analytics
• Troubleshoots issues, reporting, design, configuration and testing to implement solutions to drive adoption and ease of use.
• Definition and delivery of core HR analytics strategy, by designing, building and automating key HR metrics, measurements, and reports
• Receives request for reporting needs, assesses those needs, gathers requirements and designs custom reporting, dashboards and scorecards based on those requirements.
• Performs analysis of report requirements and designs reports using Workday best practices and efficiencies.
• Trains and manages other report writers
• Audit, generate, and support mass EIB loads into Workday.

You have these:
• 5 years Workday HCM experience is required with experience in at least one other functional area: Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting or Talent
• 3-5 years of Workday configuration experience
• People management experience; at least 2+ years leading a small team
• Excellent knowledge and experience using Workday to provide HR metrics and analytics
• Advanced skill level in excel
• Previous experience operating in multiple countries with a global organization is required
• Knowledge of the HR business unit's functions, business processes, and applications
• Exceptional analytical, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Relationship management skills
