Job Description
As a Business Development Coordinator you are the 'engine room' of the new business team. You play a key role in keeping everything moving through being reliable, on top of the detail and ensuring all of the organisational elements of the account are covered. You will have a collaborative spirit, and a professional, proactive approach with clients and the agency team alike.

In the short term…
• Learn our systems and ways of working at speed to support a busy global business development team.
• Learn about our agency, clients and work we do to ensure you assist with research on prospective clients.

After 6 months in this role…
• Take ownership of new business processes and responsibility in helping Directors bring in opportunities

And after a year…
• Be the backbone of the department, supporting all team members on all inbound and outbound initiatives and opportunities

Responsibilities:
• Assist in project managing agency marketing initiatives such as awards submissions, conferences, and publishing content on social channels
• Assist with gathering content needed for presentations, RFI/RFPs and managing the production of materials
• Keep marketing assets organized and be the agency go to for information requests from local and global employees
• Provide sales support to the team by opening project ID numbers with Finance, managing opportunities in SalesForce, and tracking pipeline reports with the Global Head of Growth and Head of Business Development
• Manage meeting prep process with designated Business Development Director including scheduling internal and external meetings, organizing travel, creating itineraries, handling catering needs, work with Office Facilities to set up and break down meeting rooms, booking conference rooms at hotels for offsite rehearsals, creating ''swag bags'' for prospective clients, and processing meeting invoices as necessary
• Assist with research on prospective clients by performing category, brand, and creative research and competitive analysis using new business intelligence tools and publicly available information
• Manage inventory of new business supplies and work with vendors to reorder as necessary
• Run with and own any adhoc team needs

You have these:
• Experience as an executive assistant, project coordinator/manager, or related role in a creative or media agency or marketing function
• Experience in business development administration
• Experience of supporting a pitch team
• Proactive, driven and extremely organized
• Deep curiosity and knowledge of culture, media and technology
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Able to handle a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Mac computer programs and google suite

• Experience of working with Salesforce
• Additional languages to support our global teams
