Reporting to the Vice President, Entertainment Brands, Asia, you would play a pivotal part in the entertainment brands team responsible for all consumer and affiliate marketing. You should have a wide view and understanding of our business and the media landscape. This equips you to be connected across all aspects of our brands, always looking to build engagement by capitalizing on opportunities across content, digital, partnerships and commercial projects.

Responsibilities
• Management of all multi-platform marketing activities for Paramount Network, MTV and Comedy Central in Southeast Asia
• Building brands' stature across platforms and in our key markets in the region
• Secure strategic partnerships to add lustre to the brands engagement with fans
• Develop and implement marketing & communication strategy working closely with Creative, Content, Programming and Digital teams to achieve critical metrics, as well as organization goals
• Work and often own the Digital and Social efforts for engagement and brand-building across platforms
• Measure the impact of social media on overall marketing efforts by setting KPIs, budgets and results
• Explore youth and societal engagement for significant positive-impact initiatives
• Work with our regional & international teams to align global initiatives and find synergies
• Work closely with affiliate partners to develop marketing programs crafted to ensure maximum reach and exposure to target audience, and to cross promote with key brand campaigns
• Initiate consumer-focused brand building campaigns and promotion
• Lead multi-platform executions, events and project management for key brand initiatives
• Develop marketing partnerships with strategic partners to improve communication off-air, promoting key campaigns and building brand affinity with target audience and other stakeholders
• Handle marketing budget and cost of Affiliates co-marketing funds with Affiliate partners as well as brand overall funds

Qualifications
• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Marketing & Communications or Business Management with minimum 10 years in media / digital and content related experience
• Sound understanding/experience with digital platforms, content marketing, branded solutions. Linear TV channel experience is great, not a requirement
• Strategic and creative campaign planner across platforms with proven grasp of youth, pop culture & entertainment content trends
• Track record of innovative brand building and consumer engagement preferably in the media space
• Keen eye for talent-platform-content synergies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic and global environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills which will enable you to interact with a wide range of personalities and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
• Highly organized, collaborative self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, set priorities, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
