What will you be doing?

We are looking for a highly organised Marketing Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of a matrixed team with multiple campaigns in market at any one time. This role oversees marketing project and campaign planning for Paramount+ ensuring every marketing touch point is attributable. It is also the interface with the global streaming teams, managing the delivery of all assets and brand/ talent approvals as well as UK compliance on all campaigns. The candidate will bring operational rigour and structure and navigate organisational structures to deliver effective and efficient campaigns on time and on budget.
• Devising and embedding a content campaign planning process which enables a high number of campaigns to be delivered in market on time and to budget
• Managing the annual global and local content calendar, understanding when key priorities land and how they will be windowed across the portfolio to ensure appropriate planning and resource allocation
• Driving transformational operational change through the marketing department as we pivot to streaming – introducing agile workflows and managing the marketing of content as it moves across platforms
• Tracking the marketing streaming budget and recommending any movement cross brand to deliver against KPIs
• Translating data into meaningful insight to motivate teams and inform marketing & media briefs
• Managing the streaming communications plan, negotiating O&O airtime across the streaming portfolio, making trade offs where necessary to deliver against plan
• Partnering with the UK and / or VCNI brand and creative teams to deliver and traffic creative assets to internal and external partners involved in campaign work
• Understanding the global asset management system inside out, ensuring all teams know when new content lands, assets available per title and missing deliverables for our local market
• Ensuring all brand guidelines are up to date and made available to internal teams and external partners
• Key point of contact for growth and marketing, partnerships, consumer products, affiliate, social and PR teams as well as US global streaming teams for campaign plans, status on assets and key messaging
• Supporting the VP Brand and Content marketing with all operational and planning needs including briefing and managing ad hoc campaigns as required.

• You love the rush of multiple projects running in unison, delivering at speed and delivering profitable returns.
• You have knowledge of agile and lean approaches including its products, techniques and appropriate methodologies which may be supported by a recognised project management qualification
• You have led the delivery of global content in a commercial environment for reputable brands
• You have credibility and impact with senior leaders; an ability to use influence to gain buy-in enabling change to happen through others.
• You have strong project management and organisational skills, and are fully proficient at planning, risk and dependency-management
