Overview and Responsibilities

The Specialty Retail Development and Fashion Collaborations Manager is part of theViacomCBS Consumer Products Soft Linesteam and is responsible for working with team leaders to build and maintain retail relationships, create unique products based on our IP with collaborations partners, and manage the daily functions of the team. We are seeking a focused, problem-solving doer to add to our amazing team! Your responsibilities include:
• Manage the day to day business for the Specialty Retail and Fashion Collaborations teams
• Build and cultivate relationships, field requests, and provide updates to all key Specialty retailers and collaborations partners
• Field requests from and update all key internal teams (Franchise, Creative, Legal, Marketing) on an ongoing basis
• Manage internal contract tracking system - responsibilities include inputting amendments, renewals, and new contracts
• Create and manage all team documents and calendars. Licensee lists, placement grids, program tracking documents, end of year placement summary
• Create targeted presentations to pitch new partners/retailers and provide business updates for existing ones
• Work with Retail Director, licensee partners and retailers to sell in cross category retail programs
• Assist in the preparation and the development of licensee/partner presentations for summits and/or trade shows
• Monitor competitive franchises and keep up to date with industry, fashion and retailer news
• In accordance with the overall strategy, suggest collaborations partners based on trends in culture, fashion, retail, what's cool and ''the next big thing''
• Regular attendance of trade shows and social industry functions where applicable

Basic Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years working in Licensing and/or Retail
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Comfortable multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced, high-performance group with an abundance of projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise copy
• Comfortable presenting in front of large audiences
• Strong experience with PowerPoint, Excel, etc. Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus
• Skilled diplomat who works effectively with internal departments and external partners
• Creative collaborator with high energy and a passion for product, entertainment, trends, fashion, culture, and marketing
• Clear strategic vision combined with actions that are defined and executed with urgency
• Knowledge of marketing tactics across all platforms including on-air, digital, social and experiential
• An analytical mind: able to provide insightful conclusions and recommendations based on trend data and market research
• Solutions-oriented self-starter able to effectively elevate strategic concerns to senior management in a timely and accurate manner
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
• Excellent planning and project management competencies
• Ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism
