Late Night Cartoons - Clearance Coordinator

Job Description

Late Night Cartoons, Inc is looking to immediately fill a Full Time position as CLEARANCE COORDINATOR on an adult half-hour comedy series. The production is fast paced with quick turnarounds. The position will last approximately 3 months with the possibility for extension. This is currently a remote position but a New York based candidate is preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Liaise with legal to make sure show assets have been cleared for air
• Communicate clearly with Production if show assets need to be revised
• Maintain a log of show assets that have been cleared for future usage

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Mid-Level experience
• Previous experience in research and clearance coordination a big plus
• Previous TV industry experience preferred
• Proficiency in Google Docs
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Comfortable in working with tight deadlines
