Job Description

Overview and Responsibilities

The Director of Global Business Services (GBS) Automation and Innovation is responsible for the management of the Automation and Innovation team handling Procure to Pay (PTP) systems. You will serve as the project coordinator for GBS PTP on all technical and M&A related projects. The director will lead the team responsible for a number of projects, including the technical administrator of Ariba, SLP (Supplier Lifecycle and Performance), Celonis, and Kaleo. We are responsible for the development of RPA automations and Alteryx data analytic automations, and we ensure general maintenance and troubleshooting of system issues as needed, reviewing all process definitions and technical solution design documents, reviewing all testing plans and results, and review with PTP GPO for approval to implement. Responsibilities include:
• Owner on behalf of the PTP team and responsible for providing support on the following systems: Ariba for PTP process (only), Celonis, Fieldglass, SLP, Kaleo, Blue Prism, Alteryx
• Project lead for all technical and M&A related projects/implementations, including new ERP rollout, of above systems
• Responsible for continuous improvement and automation that achieves the highest level of service and efficiency
• Performs root cause analysis sought toward eliminating source of process issues from business environment as needed
• Ensures all ServiceNow tickets are being handled within the SLA
• Implementing an RPA readiness program for other groups within the company
• Partners with the IS&T and MTS teams to resolve system defects and implementation of system improvements
• Lead a team responsible for the business requirements and testing on all system break fix issues and improvements
• Reviews all PTP testing processes for new SAP, Ariba, SLP and Concur system implementations for sign off by the GPO of PTP
• Servant leader to RPA Developer and SME for PTP Blue Prism Automations.
• Responsible for coordinating the global training program using metrics-based information to improve PO compliance and invoice submission policy

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree (or comparable experience) in Accounting, Finance, Business, Project Management, Information Technology or Organizational Management
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and OneNote
• Knowledge of SharePoint Site configuration, development and maintenance

Additional Qualifications
• Experience with Alteryx data analytics tool, including workflow automation development
• Experience with Financial System implementations, blueprinting and system data conversions
• Experience with Blue Prism automation tool, including process mapping/documentation, automation process development and testing
• Experience with HP Quality Center system testing application
• Advanced knowledge of and experience with SAP ECC/SRM Systems, including technical experience with data tables, security roles and workflow processes.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools for a major ERP system, including writing/crafting reports
