We are currently seeking a Finance Coordinator in the Corporate Services group responsible for purchasing, process invoices for payment, administrative and other duties. The successful candidate will have exposure to accounting operations and a keen eye for detail, exhibiting an ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities, self-driven, and communicate tactfully and assertively.

How you'll CREATE:
• Duties as Assistant to the SVP, Finance
• Provide general administrative support to the SVP, Finance and direct reports to the SVP, Finance inclusive of scheduling meetings, creating meeting agendas, and other administrative activities
• Schedule, plan and coordinate all travel arrangements for the SVP, Finance and other department heads as needed including the preparation and tracking of expense reports
• Maintain and approve vacation and other requested time off for direct reports
• Help plan and coordinate events as needed for the departments of the SVP, Finance and CCMG as a whole
• Create an environment of trust and reliability with staff members and other outside individuals so they feel their requests and needs are being addressed in an efficient manner
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality
• Full ownership to proactively track and ensure timely payment by submitting invoices on the following activities: website domain name registrations, IT maintenance contracts, communication bills, facility vendors (e.g., parking, shipping, 3rd party vendors, etc.), and other similar assigned vendors
• Key liaison to UMG and subject matter expert internally for travel related activities (both artist and employee related)
• Assist the Finance department to locally administrate UMG's corporate credit card program
• Proactively manage the preparation and administration of the capital expenditure budgeting and purchasing process
• Work closely with the IT and Facility teams to facilitate and ensure new capital expenditure purchases are tagged and recorded in the fixed asset inventory log
• Facilitate and coordinate the onboarding process for new CCMG team members in respect to finance and IT system setups and equipment. Perform similar duties when CCMG team members leave.
• Ensure all credit card purchases follow UMG policy and procedures, are thoroughly documented, and the monthly statement is fully reconciled and processed for payment in a timely manner
• Monitor both the UMG and local purchasing standards to ensure compliance with any UMG guidelines
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Bring your VIBE:
• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred or relevant Internships in accounting/finance
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to anticipate the needs of a busy executive and coordinate resources
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and to carry out tasks with limited supervision
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel, including business unit executives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, problem-solving, and math skills
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong computer proficiency (Office 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Zoom, Adobe PDF/Sign) with a willingness and ability to learn other programs
