Overview and Responsibilities

The streaming marketing team is looking for a Digital Asset Content Manager, with experience managing incoming and outgoing distribution of digital assets driving premium creative campaigns internationally. Your focus is to drive efficiency and own the management, curation, metadata and archival of all AV, Print, Digital marketing and support assets servicing countries for VCNI international streaming. You are a cross collaborator and have excellent technical organizational skills and will champion the acquisition and distribution of multiple creative assets in various file formats expeditiously. We will partner toward developing systems/framework/workflows for asset acquisition, curation and distribution. You are familiar with the international clearance process for creative assets and production distribution pipeline. You can interpret ambiguous systems, while flagging and mitigating risks.

We will partner to build and implement a new digital asset management the best policy/playbook to accommodate scale and standards.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized and comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment! Candidates will be able to work autonomously, possess excellent written and verbal communications skills and be able to influence others. This role will report to the Head of Title and Content Marketing, in partnership to build and implement the international streaming team's Data Asset Management Server (DAM).

Specific Responsibilities
• Partner with Head of Title and Content Marketing to define detailed asset curation and distribution workflows from multiple internal systems supporting Paramount+ international streaming service
• Own digital asset management workflow supporting single title marketing campaign asset distribution for international implementation
• Work cross-functionally across various internal central/HQ and international teams to ensure assets for monthly marketing priority titles are curated, archived and available for distribution
• Own distribution pipeline for incoming and outgoing creative assets from HQ to international teams, including localized assets
• Collaborate with internal DAM managers across ViacomCBS verticals to ensure cleared digital marketing materials are ingested within international streaming' DAM
• Develop metadata schema for all digital assets and establish guidelines/playbook
• Own metrics/dashboards of incoming and outgoing assets and prepare a report on a monthly basis
• Identify asset distribution risks and bottleneck, while developing solutions
• Communicate asset availability across international streaming marketing teams
• Work closely with Localization Manager on all incoming assets for curation and ingestion
• Align asset curation and ingestion with single title marketing planning schedules
• Set goals and important metrics and devise strategies through which to achieve them while implementing measurement plans

Basic Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years' experience in digital asset distribution
• Proficiency in data asset management, curation and archival order
• Knowledge and experience within Data Asset Management (DAM) Systems
• Experience with project management software (e.g.: AirTable, Smartsheet or Asana)
• Experience and superb knowledge in international marketing asset/content distribution
• Capacity to coordinate with international teams across various time zones

Additional Qualifications
• Knowledge and experience with multi-media digital file formats
• Experience with asset archival, digital preservation/digitization
• Experience in media, subscription and creative production environments is a plus
• Capacity to coordinate with international teams across various time zones
• Ability and flexibility to adapt to changes in schedules and delivery
• Expertise in metadata and taxonomy practices
• Capability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ambitious approach and resilient spirit with experience navigating cross-functional organizations
• BS/BA in related field preferred
