Job Description

SUMMARY OF POSITION

CBS Studios is seeking a Contract Administrator for its extremely busy and fast paced Legal Affairs department.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administer contractual obligations on all assigned series/pilots
• Send out all start paperwork
• Calculate A-T-L payment schedules
• Generate episodic writer & director agreements on all assigned series
• Generate option pick up & start date notices
• Generate Notice of Tentative Writing Credits
• Create and maintain show files
• Send out pertinent documentation & maintain charts in connection with the BCS, CBS anti-harassment, NOE for all assigned series/pilots
• Create & maintain informational charts for all assigned series

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIREMENTS
• Some prior experience in legal and/or business affairs department of studio helpful
• Ability to review and comprehend detailed documents
• Strong general office experience and ability to work efficiently and independently in a multi-task environment
• Attention to detail as well as an ability to exercise good judgment
• Able to organize, schedule and prioritize work effectively
• Flexibility in response to changing priorities and expectations
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with others
• College degree preferred
