Job Description

This position supports is responsible for the complete coordination and reconciliation of all accounts receivable related tasks supporting Media Sales.

Essential Responsibilities
• Manage accounts receivable-related tasks
• Oversee monthly billing, billing revisions, credit memos, rebates and cash application
• Input electronic journal entries in Oracle and perform all necessary reconciliations
• Research and resolve customer support inquiries
• Liaison between agencies and sales team
• Prepare monthly reports (Cognos)
• Manage other ad-hoc requests

Decision Making / Accountability
• Receive guidance and direction by Department Head
• Interaction with all levels of personnel

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field
• • Strong Excel skills required; experience with automated systems (e.g. Oracle, Cognos) a plus
• Strong analytical skills with extreme attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills/ team oriented
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
• • Positive Attitude
