Job Description
The Premium Experience Coordinator will support the day-to-day execution and planning of the Premium Experience team for both the Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth. This position supports game-day operations, event execution, gifting, and collaboration between premium account managers, hosts, and other teams within the organization. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is highly organized and proactive. This position will also serve as an administrative support to the Head of the Department and assist in their calendaring, travel, day to day administrative tasks as well as supporting the team as a whole.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in the execution of all premium operations, including clubs and contracted spaces.
• Serve as a game-night coordinator for suite holders, VIP guests, and premium partners.
• Coordinate event planning and post-event wrap-up for all home games, concerts, and special events.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure event-day logistics are taken care of (credentialing, parking, hosts, guest service).
• Support in activations, gifting, events, and signage needs.
• Administrative responsibilities.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally.
• This person must be able to observe, inspect, estimate, and assess.
• This person must be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time.
• This person must be able to lift 20 lbs.
