Responsibilities
Overview:
Universal Pictures Home Entertainment (UPHE) Digital Distribution oversees the transactional film and television businesses (EST and VOD) for Universal Pictures, Focus Features, Illumination, DreamWorks Animation and independent studios. The Customer Marketing team works directly with digital retailers in the US and Canada to ensure our product is marketed and merchandised effectively. The Associate, Customer Marketing will be managing a high-volume workflow while working with the team on developing customer-focused marketing plans and promotions. The ideal candidate manages multiple projects and deadlines with ease and is comfortable interfacing with both internal and external stakeholders. The Associate will report to the Senior Manager, Customer Marketing.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and track creative asset requests, staying up to date on all title release dates and flexing priorities as needed.
• Review and approve partner creative materials.
• Assist the Customer Marketing Senior Manager and Manager in developing and executing customer marketing plans and promotions.
• Assist the Customer Marketing Senior Manager and Manager in developing marketing decks for internal and external audiences.
• Manage POs and invoicing for the customer marketing team.
• Lead procurement and distribution of promotional items for marketing campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within UPHE such as PR, Digital Marketing, Operations, Creative and Brand to implement customer marketing initiatives.
• Assist Customer Marketing team in ongoing day-to-day work management as necessary and assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint.
