Responsibilities

The Multicultural Marketing team is part of the marketing department of Universal Pictures. The team is responsible for engaging across all disciplines of film marketing to identify, refine, develop, and integrate strategies and tactics to enhance and enrich outreach to Hispanic, African American, and Asian American audiences.

The Coordinator, Multicultural Marketing & Creative will be responsible for executing projects as it pertains to the creative output of the department. Exceptional communication skills are crucial in order to interact across multiple disciplines within Universal Pictures' marketing department to help support efforts targeting the multicultural audience. The successful candidate will be highly organized, adaptable and demonstrate initiative. Individuals must be able to efficiently handle a workload with many changing deadlines and priorities. The position will report to the VP, Multicultural Marketing & Creative.

Responsibilities
• Manage creative process and deadlines for multicultural materials across linear, digital, integrated marketing and Symphony including but not limited to dub orders, narration, feature links, print requests, toolkit adaptations and trafficking instructions
• Guide and facilitate AV materials through the finishing process with our marketing postproduction department and administer the asset distribution for Domestic, Symphony and Puerto Rico campaigns
• Develop Spanish translation for trailers, television/digital spots, custom materials, billboards, outdoor, companion banners and other creative assets
• Manage internal reporting logs and shared drives of creative assets in real time
• Responsible for populating asset trackers for media agency and symphony partners with assigned spots for specific platforms, flight dates, asset links and post copy for media placements
• Traffic and track materials through network, legal or guild clearances and approvals
• Maintain cross-departmental alignment for trailer launch logistics and strategies involving in-flight creative debuts
• Responsible for posting social creative to Universal Latino handles
• Lead campaign topline report as it pertains to creative and symphony activations
• Handle light administrative tasks such as scheduling, agendas, meeting notes and prepping creative materials for meetings

Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in the entertainment industry, specifically in marketing
• Working knowledge of Microsoft-based software: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Must be bilingual with advanced proficiency in both written and verbal Spanish skills

Eligibility Requirements
• Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA
• Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be willing to be covered by Solutions, NBCUniversal's alternative dispute resolution policy
• Must be 18 years or older

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week

Salary Range: $49,920.00 - $54,080.00
