How you'll CREATE:
Universal Music Group is seeking a highly skilled and consultative Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (''Senior Recruiter'') for creative professionals in the music industry This role requires strategic, hands-on, and innovative vision to drive the attraction, engagement, and acquisition of complex, in-demand talent for a variety of label positions across UMG (US), while maintaining a commitment to diversity hiring outcomes, and using data insights and trends to drive business decisions. • Manage the full-cycle recruitment and end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for creative mid to senior level professionals across various labels at UMG (US)
• Strategize, build, and manage diverse talent pipelines and maintain network of prospects through proactive market research, ongoing relationship management, referral generation, talent mapping, events, and sourcing campaigns
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to recommend new ideas and strategies related to sourcing as well as building and sharing knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences, and open-source communities
• Work closely with the employer brand and social media team to generate candidate interest through creative recruitment marketing campaigns, events, and social channels (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Collaborate with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion partners to support diversity recruitment initiatives, including events, outreach, and ERG partnerships
• Utilize data and metrics to continuously improve our recruitment strategy and processes to make informed decisions
• Provide an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience adhering to UMG's Core Values throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Bring your VIBE:
• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience, ideally a mix of agency and corporate in-house experience
• Demonstrates the skills and capabilities of a modern, progressive, and innovative talent acquisition professional
• Exhibits high levels of emotional intelligence, fortitude, resilience, and drive
• Solid understanding of the business(es) you support and ability to apply that knowledge in the creation and execution of a viable sourcing and recruitment strategy
• Demonstrated success recruiting hard-to-find talent in hyper competitive and creative markets
• Skilled and proactive problem solver and communicator who takes full ownership and drives the recruitment process from beginning to end with exceptional levels of service
• Demonstrates the ability to build trusted and meaningful stakeholder, client, and candidate relationships
• Can work across all levels of the organization; has a voice, has informed recommendations, and knows when to be assertive versus flexible
• Successful track record in managing competing priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business without compromising quality or experience
• Strong project management and organization skills and keen attention to detail while able to keep the big picture in mind
• Knowledge and experience of recruitment technology including automation and/or integration to wider TA tools
• Individual will be based out of our Santa Monica, CA office (headquarters) and physically in the office 3+ days a week

Salary Range:
$79,300 - $137,000
The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
