Design Assistant

How we LEAD :

Bravado is seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative, creative design assistant to support graphic and apparel design for our extensive roster of entertainment properties. This job will report to Design and support both graphic and apparel design functions, in close collaboration with product development and production.

How you 'l l CREATE :
• Assist in initial concept development through post-production, ensuring product execution is in line with design intent
• Create detailed links
• Set up accurate sizing/placement templates
• Choose washes, body colors, print colors
• Request separations
• Approve l/d's, strike offs
• Attend fittings with designer
• Manage sample approvals by ensuring execution matches intent before passing to designer
• Strong photoshop skills in order to assist with
• Photoreal body mockups
• Light graphic design work
• Product shots for ecommerce (photography experience a plus)
• Strong illustrator/ indesign /keynote skills in order to assist with:
• Technical illustrator flats
• Building presentation decks
• Must be extremely organized in order to
• Track product lifecycle from designer pass-off to final TOP
• Manage sample status across retail/ ecomm /tour/pop-up channels
• Manage digital and physical libraries (samples, fabrics, trims, print techniques)
• R&D
• Forecast and compile trend reports (silhouette, color, graphics)
• Comp shopping
• Mood boards
• Prepare for artist/market/management meetings by
• Working with sales/designer to pull appropriate samples
• Log and ship samples, facilitate and monitor sample return

Bring your VIBE :
• Must be proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop , Illustrator, InDesign , Bridge, Acrobat )
• Strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in music and merch a plus!
• Degree in Fashion Design or similar major
