The Coordinator, Marketing, Project Management supports Project Managers in the ideation, creation, and execution of strategic marketing plans for a roster of artists. The Coordinator, Marketing, Project Management assists connecting internal & management teams, to bring campaigns to life from start to finish. They keep the projects organized, on schedule, and within budget – helping deliver standout moments that elevate our artists and brands.
How you'll CREATE:
• Support Project Manager/Marketing Director with a roster of artists by developing marketing plans and strategies, while working across all departments to streamline information
• Manage all artist assets including one sheets, press info, DSP support, liners, and advertising PoP
• Organize and maintain the marketing plan, project timelines, meeting agendas and action items
• Schedule and coordinate artist meetings, artist office visits, and internal marketing meetings
• Maintain artist budgets by processing invoices and setting up vendors
• Build meaningful relationships with artist managers and internal departments, directly supporting artist projects
• Assist with overall label needs including DSP listening sessions, pre/post show invitations for partners, advertising plans, and plaque presentations
• Plan, coordinate, and execute album and artist events – including vendor negotiations, legal clearances, catering, and booking event spaces
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Bring your VIBE:
• 1 year of marketing or digital experience; music industry a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or digital marketing; preferred but not required.
• General understanding of the music industry.
• Passionate about learning the ins and outs of an ever-changing industry and a willingness to jump in to help wherever necessary.
• Creative thinker with ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Vast knowledge of social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube.
• Outstanding communication and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
