How we LEAD :
UMG is looking for a dynamic International Marketing Coordinator to provide both
administrative & Marketing support to the SVP, International Marketing and her senior team.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, pro-active, a problem solver, with a ''can do'' attitude.
Experience supporting more than one senior executive is ideal, but not required. Passion for
music, constantly in the know with pop culture and trends, polished professional demeanor,
and the ability to keep calm under pressure are essential.
How you 'l l CREATE :
Responsible for administrative duties for the SVP along with Marketing support for her senior
team. This will include, but is not limited to:
• Answering telephones for SVP, screen high volume business calls
• Maintaining SVP's robust calendar
• Completing Expense reports for SVP & VP on a bi-weekly basis
• Meeting of guests and help with general queries
• Extensive international and domestic travel arrangements
• Scheduling meetings and conference calls
• Serve as liaison between the executive and artists, managers and internal staff.
• Keep executive organized and abreast of urgent issues.
• Regular meeting prep and coordination, document prep and organization as directed,
occasional meeting coverage and note taking
• Maintain & update weekly department reports & release schedule
• Use information provided by executives to liaise with the creative department to build
decks & presentations
• Special project coordination requiring follow-up and meeting of deadlines
• Assist with artist promo schedules & virtual promotion
• Process invoices & budget tracking
• Ambition to grow in the department

• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and building and maintaining relationships
• Solid skills in utilizing the internet for research projects and programs for marketing
decks & presentations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• 2 years of administrative experience supporting a Senior Executive, including at least
6 months of experience with coordinator level duties
• Experience supporting more than one senior executive is preferred
• College degree preferred
