Universal Music Publishing Group is currently looking for a Coordinator to support the Film and Television Creative Department. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience working in a TV/Film/Music environment and have great judgment with discretion and confidentiality.

How you'll CREATE:
• Answer phones for the department (only if working in-office)
• Manage and maintain department contacts
• Handle expense reports
• Book department travel (subject to Covid travel restrictions)
• Schedule department meetings with songwriters, managers, the A&R team and sync clients
• Contact record labels to track down audio files
• Listen to and organize incoming UMPG's new singles for weekly listening meeting
• Liaison with foreign sync teams informing them of the current US sync priorities
• Curate a monthly music playlist that includes all UMPG global priorities (Focus Tracks Playlist)
• Add album and single release schedule information to shared drive spreadsheet
• Liaison with music librarian staff to make sure audio is uploaded to UMPG's audio system
• Correspond with copyright department regarding writer and publishing split information
• Create music pitch reports and licensing reports when requested
• Create weekly Film & TV sync highlights marketing blast
• Work with marketing department on a weekly marketing blast for the film & TV sync community
• Help coordinate live show ticket buys (subject to live shows happening) and/or inviting film & TV clients to virtual shows and special events

• Graphic design experience, a plus
• Knowledge of music industry; 1-2 years' experience and/or internship in an entertainment industry position, preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
