Software Developer (Apprenticeship 2024)

The Role

As a Software Developer Apprentice, you will complete the Software Developer Level 4 apprenticeship. We will support you to learn the knowledge, skills and behaviours to become a programmer/developer, through a combination of formal training and on-the-job learning.

Within your role, you will also support the tools programming team to build and test code solutions, developing your coding abilities and contributing to the team's objectives. We will provide you with mentors, and time for you to complete training towards achieving your apprenticeship qualification.

This role requires no previous qualifications or experience, but a demonstrable enthusiasm to become a programmer and an aptitude for problem-solving and learning.

This role is a fixed-term contract, lasting for the 18-month duration of the apprenticeship and will be based in our Newcastle studio.
