Your role

As a Senior Game Designer, you will design game systems and mechanics in line with the design and creative visions to achieve the best player experience.
*Please, note that our Studio is based in Sofia and in terms of our hybrid model of work, working within the Bulgarian boundaries would be required.

Your skills

EXPERIENCE
5 years of experience in game development and at least 2 shipped titles

KNOWLEDGE
Extensive game culture and ability to analyze game design in a market context
Proficiency in basic software such as word processing, spreadsheets, etc.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Collaborate effectively with other team members
Proficiency in English

TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS
Ability to manage your own time and work within deadlines

PRECISION IN WRITING
Ability to write clear and concise documentation in English

ENTHUSIASM AND DESIRE
To work in the game development industry with creative and collaborative teams
