Job Description
About the Role
As a senior associate producer, you will be commissioned to cultivate and lead a high performing team to drive the production excellence by the rightful resource, budget and schedule.
Along with the deliveries of assigned mandates, you are also a critical part of the Studio Management team collectively bestowed with the responsibility of moving the studio forward by the exemplary sharing of insights, exploring global-level opportunities of collaborations, mentoring talents and iterating processes and tools.
What you will do
• Autonomously manage a medium-sized team responsible for developing major features/content with Co-dev partners
• Ownership of the project roadmap, production plan and budget
• Coordinates with studio leadership to identify and set up the staffing plan to ensure the success of the mandate
• Identify production dependencies and facilitate communication to mitigate the issues.
• Identify and analyze risk and design the processes to eliminate or mitigate the potential risks.
• Collaborate with multiple external partners and effectively manage the stakeholders' expectations
• Set up and ensure efficient team communication and timely dissemination of information
• Provide mentorship and people management to job function leads (such as design, programming, animation, etc.)
• Collaborate with job function leads to motivate and inspire the team while encouraging creativity and building group cohesion
• Lead by example and promote inclusion and diversity in the team
Qualifications
What you bring
• Proven project management experience in leading the game development of 2+ shipped games
• Outstanding Project Management/Leadership skills
• Knowledgeable, skillful and experienced in continuous improvement and optimization of processes and workflows
• A creative problem-solver with good analytical skills and critical thinking
• A strong team leader, who promotes a sharing and collaborative team dynamics
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• A passion for creating and playing video games
