Job Description

Under the guidance and direction of the Team Lead, Vendor Management, the Project Specialist, VMO will facilitate and maintain relationships and oversight between our organization and our vendors/partners. This role will be the communication and operational link between Ubisoft and our globally located Vendor partnerships, and the scope will extend to assisting with managing our partner relationships across the globe. This role may require occasional travel to our other CRCs as well as the various locations for our vendor partners based around the globe.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Maintain documentation of VMO process up to date.
• Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and take meeting minutes during those calls.
• Actively monitor open topics with vendor partners and escalate to VMO team those which are still pending.
• Regularly audit Vendor Partner account creation and deletions, ensuring they are processed correctly.
• Spearhead video content creation to help promote vendor achievements & best practice sharing and deliver ad hoc video creation requests.
• Create visual content for Vendor newsletters and other documentation that is in line with corporate guidelines.
• Report to the relevant stakeholders all mishandled cases and ensure that follow-ups are shared with VMO timely.
• Act as a subject matter expert to provide guidance to vendor teams, when required.
• Coordinate closely with process owners and Quality Specialists when the need arises.
• Be an expert of Ubisoft games, internal tools, and processes.
• Establish and cultivate a trusting relationship with our partner BPO(s).
• Create and maintain communication flows to ensure our vendor partners are updated with the most recent and relevant information.
• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities both internally within the CRC as well as externally with our vendor partnerships.
• Assist Project Manager, VMO with providing oversight and monitoring of vendor partner performance, quality, and KPI's to ensure they meet the contractually agreed upon targets.
• Work closely with all members of VMO team and other internal stakeholders to define operational strategy on process improvement.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

EXPERIENCE:
• One year customer support/contact center.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Must be passionate about Ubisoft games & supporting our players

DESIRABLE:
• Experience in Project Management
• Video Creation Software (Adobe Premiere Pro)

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
