Job Description
Your responsibilities will be the following:
• Plan and follow the game balancing mechanics across our roster of idle games
• Plan and set up in game offer and in game events
• Understand and follow the KPI's to be optimised for each game and construct the balancing accordingly
• Follow and analyse multiple A/B tests to make data driven decisions
• Build and constantly update a balancing ''Best practice'' module for our future games.
YOUR DAILY ADVENTURE
• Suggest, balance and set up in-game events, to improve player's experience.
• Balance and set up live offers to improve player engagement.
• Recommend rewards and monetization game features to improve game performances and player experience.
• Propose economy balancing for new features.
• Manage the economy and pricing of virtual goods, balance free content vs. paid currency in the game economy.
• Monitor daily performances, thanks to in game events and offers.
• Create a fun, engaging and outstanding player experience.
Qualifications
YOUR SKILLS
• Are you serious about fun? Do you consistently seek out learning opportunities and aim to beat your high score? Are you open to new ideas, perspectives and cultures and believe that it takes a world to build a world? • Strong taste for mobile gaming. You regularly test the different games that release, and you always have one mobile game running.
• Interest for numbers and game economy.
• Interest for game monetization.
• Strong sensitivity to player's experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet changing priorities on multiple simultaneous projects.
• Be a team player: we use agile development methods, where the team members are in permanent contact. Open mind and good communication skills are a must.
• Attention to detail, meticulous and organized working habits. Ability to multi-task and to adapt easily to change.
• Have a good command of English.
• Have a work permit for Spain obtained prior to applying for the position is a must.
Bonus
• Videogames design degree or equivalent.
• Experience with mobile game development.
• Experience with live ops is a plus.
