As a Lead Gameplay Programmer, you'll be hands-on with guiding and supporting your team in coding gameplay features within our new project.

For you, this role will be all about your people, planning and putting the project first. We want you to come in and help our programming teams grow and enable a stable inclusive structure across our Missions and Vehicle Gameplay cells.

As a Lead Programmer at Ubisoft, you will keep the project in focus as you drive your team in both their personal goals and progression as well as moving the project forward by priority setting with the production and development teams. You'll be empathetic to the needs of the team while decisive and confident in leadership and decision making.

• Experienced in C++ development within console gaming.
• Knowledge and understanding of Gameplay Features.
• Previous team development experience.
• Support the day-to-day management of Programming team members and be a mentor to less experienced members of the group, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
• Familiarity with project planning lifecycle.
