Main Responsibilities:
• Participate in the management and maintenance of network and server infrastructures (Windows, Linux).
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and updating of systems and equipment (firewalls, routers, switches, etc.).
• Provide level 1–2 technical support to internal users.
• Monitor network performance and contribute to identifying and resolving issues.
• Document technical procedures and configurations.
• Be present on-site to provide support and respond to technical needs related to production or other connected requirements.
Qualifications
Desired Profile:
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and security.
• Interest in virtualized environments (VMware) – an asset.
• Ability to learn quickly, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
