Job Description
We are now looking for a Development Quality Control Lead to join our international multidisciplinary team, working to create a successful live phase for our (still-unannounced) mobile game. In this position you will get a unique opportunity of leading our studio's Mobile Development QA team, and further enabling the QA function to become an imbedded part of the development teams, offering invaluable feedback to ensure best quality.
In this position, you will have two important responsibilities - leading a team of Development Testers, as well as working on a mobile project of a brand-new IP as the QA Lead. Your tasks will be evenly split between the two areas of responsibility, and for both, you will have a supporting network of industry professionals around you.

Responsibilities in this role
• QA Lead tasks of our un-announced mobile game project, including being part of feature development from beginning till end, providing risk assessments, pointing out edge cases etc.
• Managing a team of Development Testers, including many managerial activities such as 1-on-1's, OKR discussions, resource management and more. We take manager work very seriously and offer many trainings and workshops to ensure you have all the tools you need to develop yourself as a manager and offer the best possible managerial support for your team members
• Organizing testing, and deciding which new features need more testing or regression testing
• Providing assistance and critical feedback regarding Quality and Processes to our Production teams
• Being knowledgeable and up-to-date in all Ubisoft mobile game release requirements
Qualifications
• Experienced in critical/analytical QA thinking
• Experience from mobile software in production, deployment, and live phases.
• JIRA and Confluence experience
• Considerate experience in QA and passion for the Software QA discipline
• Capable of creating and organizing Test Plans and Test Cases
• Excellent Communication skills
• Previous managerial experience is preferred
