Job Description

The CPO, member of the i3D.net Senior management team, acts as a strategic business partner supporting all HR activities and initiatives from both operational and strategic perspective in the countries where i3D.net is present, such as The Netherlands, France, Canada, US, Japan & Singapore. Responsibilities include driving successful implementation of leadership and organizational priorities including recruitment, development of teams, operational excellence and continuously improving the positive engagement of the employees in alignment with the company's growth plan.

The CPO will work closely with the CEO, the I3D.net Executives, Managers, Team leads, key Business Partners and Group HR teams in Ubisoft. They will implement HR initiatives which foster the core values of i3D.net, helping to spread the company's values through all teams.

Responsibilities

Strategy
• Set up i3D.net HR roadmaps in the frame of the Global HR roadmap by translating organizational business plans into HR strategic and operating plans
• Partner with the business heads in developing strategies and ensuring robust HR alignment with business priorities in terms of team staffing, performance and efficiency.
• Deliver the HR aspects of organizational changes that arise from business unit transformations in accordance with I3D.net and Ubisoft needs.
• As a member of senior management, contribute to build the i3D.net strategy along with the 5 other members + CEO

HR Management
• Manage a team of 5 people in charge of Talent Acquisition (internal/external), Talent development (HRBPs, inc. Labor relations and Learning), HR Operations & Analytics (inc. Employee experience, C&B and reporting).
• Work in close partnership with HR Corporate at Ubisoft, especially with the HR VP Transversal Tech's teams
• Foster a seamless, inclusive and positive employee experience for all i3D.net employees worldwide throughout their employee lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable local employment legal requirements for our teams spread in The Netherlands, France, Canada, US, Japan & Singapore
• Organize elections of employees' representatives where and when needed and act as a protector of a constructive relationship with the local employee representatives.
• Partner with top management to foster a safe work environment and culture to attract and retain the best talent for i3D.net
• Consistently steers the management of employee relations issues in line with our core business values, thus driving a culture of fairness and accountability.
• Support the Strategic Workforce Planning in forecasting staffing needs, identifying and addressing competency, knowledge, training needs and talent gaps
• Set up and coordinate training plan in collaboration with i3D.net's senior managementand manage the annual training budget for i3D.net worldwide
• Develop and implement career pathways for employees and succession planning to build a strong executive pipeline.
• Align the local compensation & benefits orientations with the global rewards team and seek consistency at a national level to ensure competitiveness and alignment with the industry level practices.
• Deliver and coordinate all HR processes at i3D.net level in link with HR Transversal Tech team.
• Follow-up on relevant HR KPIs to make informed business decisions based on reliable HR insights.
• Contribute to local, national and/or international ad-hoc HR projects or initiatives.
• Continually assess the alignment of all programs and practices against the best-in-class industry standards

• Seasoned professional with experience in senior HR responsibilities (10+), ideally on both business partnering and management roles in a multi-country organization
• Strong understanding of relevant technologies and services, such as low-latency networking, storage and hosting or cloud services.
• Solid understanding of all aspects of HR administration and regulations, experience with current employment laws in countries where i3D is implemented is a plus.
• Excellent people and communication skills

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven experience in a directorial role in HR, Employee relation, or Change management
• Strong understanding of the hosting and games industry is a plus.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• A track record of successfully implementing HR strategies.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Passion for providing excellent experiences.
