The Role

As the Brand Realisation Lead, you will be a key member of our project development team, guiding the direction and delivery of high-quality brand and marketing assets for our new AAA IP. Your primary focus will be on capturing and communicating the creative vision for the game through authentic and compelling content that effectively engages audiences. You are an expert in creating compelling wow moments, through compelling storytelling and best-in-class execution, and have a strong understanding of all aspects of AAA realisation. You will excel at building collaborative relationships, and thrive both leading a team, and being active in hands-on creation , where you can bring together your solution-focused approach, artistic eye and marketing awareness to deliver great outcomes that showcase projects in the best light.

• Experienced in delivering high-quality video, brand and marketing assets in games or interactive entertainment.
• Demonstrable track record of released projects with high production values (provide a showreel).
• Strong understanding of video game production processes and tools.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and video editing tools.
• Leadership experience in a related creative field.
• Expertise in at least one realisation-related discipline (animation, video editing, VFX, cinematics, motion graphics) plus working knowledge of others.
