Job Description

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURE

Ubisoft Barcelona Mobile is currently seeking an Accountant to join our Admin Team on their next adventure. You will report to the Financial Planning Manager:
• Support in realizing the Accounting Entries in our system Contasol.
• Help in Report the Accounting data in the Consolidation Tool of the Ubisoft group: Hyperion (HFM).
• Participation in elaborating the Monthly Internal Invoicing.
• Help to perform Bank reconciliations.
• Additional support to check the IVA entries and their deducible nature.
• Provide administrative and purchasing support.
• Carry out all other related tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Accounting working experience or student in ADE (Admin. y Dirección de empresas), student in Economics, or other Finance and Accounting studies.
• Knowledge of the basics of Accounting: know how a Profit & Loss and Balance sheet work, respect the principle of Double Entry, and knowledge of what a fixed Asset is.
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly with Excel
• A basic knowledge of the IVA.
• Attention to detail, meticulous, and organized working habits. Ability to multi-task and to adapt easily to change.
• Self-motivation, excellent communication and organization skills, team spirit, and proactivity.
• Positive attitude with the ability to receive and provide objective feedback.
• Be a team player: Open mind and good communication skills are a must.
• Spanish fluency and operational English (Finance vocabulary)
• A work permit for Spain obtained before applying for the position is a must.
