WarnerMedia seeks a Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisitions for the Talent Acquisition department. As a Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition you will be a key member of our Global Technology Talent Acquisition team in utilizing your years of recruiting experience to partner closely with HR Business Partners, Business Leadership and other stakeholders to identify the best talent at all levels. This role can be based near any of our hubs (Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle) and will be advising CNN Digital, Bleacher Report and various entertainment platforms.

The Daily
• Develop and establish recruiting strategies and processes aligned with business objectives and company goals.
• Build and maintain proactive partnerships with all client groups in order to better understand their business, managing their staffing needs and issues, and offer ideas, solutions and tools.
• Drive recruiting strategies that continually replenish candidate pipelines based on market conditions and current and projected engagements/needs.
• Execute creative recruitment and sourcing activities including, but not limited to: direct sourcing, industry networking, Internet-based and social media recruiting, vendor management, diversity, and outreach to appropriate industry organizations.
• Manage, mentor and develop a team of Recruiters to attract the best talent at all levels.

The Essentials
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
• 7-9+ years of experience and expertise as a Talent Advisor to Hiring Managers, HR, and other applicable stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of building and developing Executive-level (SVP, EVP) relationships across an Enterprise business.
• Proven leadership skills in managing/developing direct reports and/or mentoring and developing multiple team members.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing recruiting strategies that yield hiring results.
• Must be a self-starter and highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong professional demeanor using good judgment, maturity, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Demonstrates an appreciation for process and passion for identifying top talent while partnering with a collaborative team and driving results.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including a strong business acumen and an ability to cultivate and manage effective relationships with a wide range of individuals across the organization.
• Strong knowledge of common human resources practices, employment, and immigration laws and/or government compliance regulations as it relates to recruitment and hiring.
• Demonstrated knowledge and comfort with technology and social media applications, including sourcing tools (CRM).
