The Job

Turner Services Inc seeks a Production Assistant, On-Air for the Creative Group - On-Air - AS department.

The Daily

Entry level position assisting any area of production (broadcast/on-air, off-channel), from preproduction through post production. 

▪Implements administrative and routine production tasks (i.e. obtaining footage and assets, printing out scripts, typing network notes, checking and building production schedules, organizing show binders, researching & fact checking and quality control management) to support production projects. 

▪Facilitate and track all requests for producers media needs. 

▪Maintain and organize tape library and vault. 

▪Select footage for press, marketing, promos and on-line. 

▪Efficiently organize, streamline and produce monthly assignments. 

▪Produce and facilitate clip reels and outside department requests. 

▪Disseminating information internally with all departments as well as externally to production companies, post houses, casting agents, talent agents.

The Essentials

▪ 0 – 2 years' experience- College Degree Preferred.
